The release of “Battlefield 4” is fast approaching, and gamers are anxiously awaiting the arrival of the BF4 beta. According to a September 23 Twitter post by “Battlefield,” DICE has released new details about the upcoming beta.
The YouTube video explains that EA and DICE are offering the beta to give gamers a chance to get a sneak peek of what “Battlefield 4” has to offer. They also plan to use data gathered from beta testers to tweak the game before its October 29 release.
The “Battlefield 4” beta is set to be released on a limited bases on October 1. Gamers who have pre-ordered BF4, are “Battlefield 3” premium members, are registered owners of “Medal of Honor: Warfighter” limited edition or digital deluxe edition will be the first to receive the beta. The open beta will be available on October 4.
The “Battlefield 4” beta will allow players to get a hands-on look at the "Siege of Shanghai" map in conquest mode or domination mode.
