Microsoft announces their Surface Pro 3 tablet

Microsoft recently introduced on an event in New York on Tuesday the next in line on their Surface tablet family, the Surface Pro 3. With better performance and mobility, the device had outrun its predecessor's overall capability.

The trend of Surface's usability never changed with its pen and adjustable kickstand which is more lap-friendly. The device build is weighing at 800g with a body of 9.1mm thin and with a bigger screen of 12 inches compared to the older version of Surface having only 10.6 inches display. Pro 3's display also has a high resolution of 2160 x 1440 with a 3:2 aspect ratio.

The device when used with a pen have much improved with the technology from a company called N-trig compared to the Wacom's technology used from the previous Surface Pros.

Pro 3 has three different variants with Intel processors: i3, i5 and i7. Starting price at $799 with an i3 processor, you could access a lot of their new software features which were also introduced.
