Alcatel's One Touch Evolve prices at a very low price perfect for people with a low budget for a durable phone. However, according to some users, it has a slow performance having only 512 MB of RAM and a single core 1 GHz CPU. Well, its not suitable for users who expect fast performance for a cheap priced smartphone.
The design though would impress us and it has a good call quality. It's one of
T-Mobile's cheapest smartphone and they offer a $27 down for a total cost of
$99.
